Add frozen strawberries to a pot with just enough water to submerge them – about one cup. Cook the strawberries over medium heat until they’re soft enough to mash with a fork. Take the pot off the heat, and use an immersion blender to puree the strawberries and water together (you can do this in a blender too).
Step 2
Strain the strawberry puree into a 28-ounce or larger jar or container. Add the juice of all oranges, limes, and lemons to the container. The fruit juice will need to cool down, so cover and keep the container in your refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until chilled.
Step 3
Once the fruit juice is cold, add unflavored or lemon/lime-flavored sparkling water to the container to top it off. You’ll need approximately 14 fluid ounces of sparkling water to finish the fruit punch. Stir the drink together and pour over ice. One glass is approximately 4 fluid ounces of fruit punch.
