How to Make It
Step 1
In a small bowl, stir together both ingredients. Make sure the greek yogurt is lump free. At your discretion, you may add your favorite keto sweetener too.
Step 2
Transfer the yogurt to either a pastry piping bag or a ziploc bag with a corner cut off. Squeeze approx 24 portions onto a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Each meltaway is about 1 ¼ tsp in size.
Step 3
Set the tray in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Enjoy cold, straight from the freezer!
