Add walnuts to a food processor and pulse well until crumbled.
Step 2
Pour processed walnuts in a bowl with the toasted coconut flakes.
Step 3
Add frozen strawberries to a food processor and pulse until very fine. Add sweetener and pulse to combine. Processing them while frozen will help it be softer when frozen and not a block of ice.
Step 4
Add strawberries to walnut mixture and mix well. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave.
Step 5
Press into an 8” x 8” pan drizzle with chocolate and freeze until solid. Slice into 16 bars.
