Preheat an oven to 350 F. Melt the butter in the microwave until completely melted. Add 1 cup of Swerve, the dark cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.

Add in the eggs and vanilla extract.

Mix in the almond flour.

Add in ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips to the batter and mix to combine well.

Pour the batter into an 8” x 8” pan sprayed well with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the brownies are just set, but still fudgy.
Step 6
In the meantime, in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, combine softened/room temperature cream cheese with the remaining Swerve icing, and mint extract. Once creamy, add in the chopped chocolate chips and combine again.
Step 7
Allow brownies to cool completely before frosting them. Frost brownies and enjoy!
