In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the oil.

Heat the grapeseed oil in a medium sized skillet to high heat. Divide the cauliflower mixture into 8 portions, and drop each one into the oil. Use a spatula to press the cakes down to ½-inch thickness and reshape them if necessary.

Cook each rice cake for about 3 minutes per side, or until they become golden brown and slightly crispy.
