In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set this aside for Step 3.
Step 2
Lay the salami slices in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the salami on both sides for 1-2 minutes until they are fried with golden brown edges. Set the fried salami aside on your serving plate to cool and crisp up.
Step 3
Melt the butter in the same pan over low heat. Pour the egg batter in and cook while stirring until the eggs are halfway scrambled (you can turn the heat up slightly for this process).
Step 4
Toss in chopped spinach and the mozzarella cheese. Keep stirring the eggs until they are fully cooked and the cheese has melted and distributed through the eggs. Serve with your fried salami and enjoy.
