These Keto French fries with coconut flour are the closest you’ll get to potato fries. They are crispy, golden, and savory, with a slight sweetness. They can be prepared in under 30 minutes using only 5 ingredients. Enjoy these fries with your favorite Keto comfort food or on their own with a pinch of salt.
Preheat your air fryer to 350F/180C. Add the coconut flour and xanthan gum to a bowl. Whisk to combine, then start drizzling the water with one hand while mixing with the other. Mix it well using a wooden spoon until a sticky dough forms.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit for 15 minutes. The dough will absorb moisture and will become less sticky. Lay a large piece of parchment paper on a work surface.
Place the dough in the center of the parchment paper and cover with another piece. Roll it out into a rectangle that’s ¼ inch (½ cm) thick. Cut it into 20-25 strips.
Transfer half of the sliced dough pieces to your air fryer. Brush both sides generously with oil. Fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining fries.
