Brew coffee nice and strong into a blender cup.
Add MCT oil and vanilla syrup to the coffee in the blender cup.
Blend for 30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
In a milk frother, add the heavy cream mixture and use the milk frother according to the manufacturer’s directions using the heat function.
Pour coffee into a heated mug (run hot water into the cup and dump) and pour heated milk over the coffee.
The foam should create a thin layer on top of the espresso. Serve immediately.
