Combine all the dry ingredients into a tall 10-12 oz coffee mug. Stir together with a small whisk or spoon. Ensure all the ingredients are mixed well.

Next, add the apple cider vinegar to the boiling water. Add the water mixture to the dry ingredients. The mixture will bubble.

Immediately place the coffee mug into the microwave and cook for 1 ½ minute. If the bread is still doughy, cook for another 30 seconds. Turn the bread out onto a cutting board and allow it to cool for several minutes. Then slice the bread into 3-4 slices. Serve immediately.
