Fill a small saucepan with water. Bring the water to a boil. Gently lower the eggs into the boiling water with a slotted spoon. Allow the eggs to boil for 8 minutes for a jammy yolk or 9 minutes for a fully cooked yolk.
Step 2
Once the timer is up, drain off the hot water and quickly add as much ice as you can to the pot. Add in cold water to cover the eggs. Allow the eggs to chill for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Gently crack and peel the eggs under cool running water. Place the eggs into a small bowl. Repeat with the remaining eggs.
Step 4
To make the sauce, add the butter to a small pan over medium heat until melted. Add in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients, including the Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and chicken broth.
Step 5
Cook until the sauce thickens. Pour the sauce evenly over the eggs. Top with the chopped parsley, and serve!
Step 6
Feel free to add a squeeze of lemon on the eggs or some hot sauce to make it extra spicy and flavorful!
