How to Make It

Step 1

Finely dice the tomato, cucumber, avocado and chili and finely slice the dill pickles. Add to a mixing bowl with the fresh herbs, lime juice, olive oil and stir well to combine.

Step 2

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Cucumber Seedless English – 1 x 1/4cup
  • Raw Hot Red Chili Peppers – ¼ pepper
  • Avocado – ¼ cup
