Prepare the filling by thinly slicing the pickles and red bell pepper into 2-inch pieces. Slice the black olives if needed. Set these aside.

Lay out the turkey slices in layers as shown. These will be the outside of the pinwheels and need to be evenly layered together.

Lay the mozzarella slices down next, then the salami slices as shown.

Smear the cream cheese evenly across the salami slices. Then arrange the pickles, peppers, and olives in a strip down one side, length-wise, of the deli layers.

Roll everything together tightly. Then, slice into two-bite sized pieces. You can use toothpicks to secure the rolls. Enjoy!
