This tender cabbage is loaded with aromatic spices, creamy butter and sweet red onion.This is a great side to accompany curried meats, rotisserie chicken or lamb chops.
How to Make It
Step 1
Heat a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over a low/medium heat. Finely slice the onion and add to the skillet, cooking gently until tender.
Step 2
Thinly slice the garlic and add to the pan along with the cumin seeds. Cook for a further minute or two until fragrant.
Step 3
Thinly slice the cabbage and add to the skillet with the remaining butter and curry powder. Stir well to combine and cook over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes until the cabbage is just tender.
Step 4
Add the vegetable stock and simmer for 5-6 minutes until all the liquid has evaporated and the cabbage is soft.
