These simple chicken wings are slow cooked in stock with fresh lemon, aromatic herbs, onion and garlic.
How to Make It
Step 1
Arrange the chicken wings in the base of the crockpot. Thinly slice the lemon, garlic and onion and arrange over the chicken. Sprinkle over the oregano and season. Pour in the stock.
Step 2
Cover and cook on high for two to three hours or until completely cooked through. Scatter with fresh basil to serve. Optionally once cooked you can broil the chicken wings a little to brown and crisp the skin.
