Preheat your oven to 475 F/230 C and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Pat the chicken wings dry and transfer them to a bowl. Drizzle 1 tbsp of melted butter and toss well, ensuring all the wings are well coated.

Add the salt and pepper and toss again. Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Transfer to the oven.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crispy. In the meantime, mince the garlic and chop the parsley. Stir them with 3 tbsp of melted butter and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
Step 4
Add the wings to the parmesan mixture and toss until well-coated. Transfer them to a large plate or platter and top with more grated Parmesan, if desired. Serve immediately!
