Preheat an oven to 350 F. Grease four 4 ounce ramekins with room temperature butter.

Crack one egg into each ramekin.
Step 3
Divide the salt and black pepper between all the ramekins as well as the crumbled cotija cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the whites of the egg is cooked and the center is gooey. Add additional minutes for desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, add 1 tsp heavy cream to each ramekin and continue baking until total time has elapsed. Serve hot and dip with keto bread.
