How to Make It
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil quickly over your stove. Once to a boil, transfer the water to a heat-safe bowl and stir in 1, .3-oz package of lime jello. Continually stir until all the gelatin is dissolved.
Step 2
Pour the lime gelatin base into a blender. Add in the coconut milk and 2 ice cubes.
Step 3
Blend the sorbet together. Then, keep blending in 2 ice cubes at a time until all are blended in. The sorbet will become thick and a little frothy. At your discretion, you can add even more ice cubes to make a sorbet firmer. Serve immediately.
