Add the prepared chorizo butter to a mixing bowl along with the cream cheese, manchego and a good pinch of black pepper.
Step 2
Mix together well to combine and transfer to the fridge for 20 minutes to firm.
Step 3
Remove the mixture from the fridge and divide into 8 even portions and roll into balls with your hands. Return to the fridge for a further 20 minutes to set before serving.
