Combine sugar free chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in increments of 30 seconds, stirring each time, until the chocolate is completely melted.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop chocolate onto parchment paper 15 equal sized drops. Place two raspberries on top of each section of melted chocolate.
Step 3
Chill until firm. Keep stored in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat!
