How to Make It
Step 1
Combine coconut oil and bittersweet chocolate together. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, then give it an additional 20-30 seconds as needed until all melted.
Step 2
Add almond flour, Swerve, cocoa powder, a pinch of salt and baking powder. Stir.
Step 3
Add egg and vanilla. Stir. Microwave for 50-60 seconds. Using lesser time for a more moist cake. Let stand for 1 minute before eating. Dust with Swerve.
