Add the butter to a mixing bowl and allow it to come to room temperature so that it is soft and mixable, but not melted.

Finely chop and de-seed the chilli and finely chop the tomatoes. Mince the garlic and add all to the bowl with the butter. Mix together thoroughly to combine.
Step 3
Lay out a square sheet of saran wrap. Spoon the flavored butter along the center of the square, then roughly form a sausage shape with the butter.
Step 4
Bring the edges of the wrap up around the butter, wrapping it tightly in a sausage shape. Twist each end of the wrap securely to seal. Transfer the butter to the fridge to firm up for 20 minutes.
