How to Make It

Step 1

Add the cocoa powder, coffee, chili powder, erythritol, salt and pepper to a food processor. Blend to a fine powder.

Step 2

Add the steaks to a bowl along with the blended powder and olive oil. Rub the seasonings all over the steaks so that they are well coated and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Heat a skillet over a high heat. Once hot, add the marinated steaks and cook through to preference.
