Preheat the broiler to medium and line a grill tray with foil. Arrange the sausages across the tray and broil for 12 minutes or until completely cooked through.
Step 2
Whilst the sausages are cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium/high heat. Add the beef and onion and cook until brown all over.
Step 3
Finely dice the pepper and add to the pan along with the tomato puree and all the spices and seasonings. Stir well to combine.
Step 4
Add the stock to the pan and stir. Simmer for 15 minutes until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Step 5
Arrange each sausage in a lettuce leaf and top with the beef chili.
Step 6
To serve, spoon over the mustard and scatter over the grated cheese.
