This quick and easy keto mash uses cauliflower in place of carb heavy potatoes and is rich with butter, mustard and tangy cheddar cheese.This is a great side dish to pork or chicken dishes, perfect with sausages!
How to Make It
Step 1
Dice the cauliflower into florets and add to pan of boiling water. Simmer for 5-6 minutes or until fork tender and softened. Drain and set aside to steam dry.
Step 2
Return the cauliflower to a low heat and add the butter, salt and pepper, cheese and mustard. Crush the garlic and add to the pan. Mash everything together until smooth and well combined. Serve hot.
