Finely chop the chives and add to a mixing bowl along with the cauliflower rice, ground almonds, salt, pepper, parmesan and egg. Mix together well to combine, forming a dough.

Transfer the dough to a sheet of baking paper, wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes to chill.

Preheat the oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.

Turn the chilled dough out into the lined oven tray and press into a rectangle shape roughly 1/6 of an inch thick.

Lightly score triangles or squares into the dough to mark out your dippers.

Transfer the dough to the oven to bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown, then set aside to cool and firm.
