Just 1 hour and you have the main course to 4 meal preps OR to your family dinner. Simply prepare your side while baking. Ground sirloin is seasoned like a savory meatloaf, except it’s filled with cheddar cheese and rolled up. Topped with a tangy sauce, this is no ordinary meatloaf!
How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, mix together the ground sirloin, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg, and paprika.
Step 2
On a sheet of parchment paper, spread the meat out into a thin rectangle approx. 10×6 inches. Arrange the cheddar cheese in the center of the meat, leaving a 2 inch bare edge all around.
Step 3
Use the parchment paper to roll the meatloaf up into a tight roll. Use your fingers to press the meat together to seal both ends as well as the seam under the roll. Lay the roll in a loaf pan lined with pan spray, seamside down.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and dijon. Use a marinade brush to spread the sauce over the top and sides of your meatloaf roll.
Step 5
Bake the roll for 50 minutes. The meatloaf will be medium-well to well-done and the sauce on top will have a light crust to it.
Step 6
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 4 pieces.
