How to Make It

Step 1

Thinly slice the onions. To a large skillet over medium heat, add the butter and olive oil. Add the sliced onions and stir to coat the onions in the oil. Spread the onions into a single layer in the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2
