Add the hot black tea to a large mug. Add the almond milk and erythritol and stir well to combine and dissolve the sweetener. Taste the tea and adjust milk or sweetness to suit your tastes.
Step 2
Add the unsalted butter and coconut oil to the mug of hot tea and stir well to combine. The fats should melt easily into the tea. At this point you may add or substitute MCT oil if desired.
Step 3
Carefully use a handheld stick blender or a milk frother to blend the tea until smooth and creamy with a light layer of foam on top, emulsifying the fats and liquid. You may use a free-standing blender to mix if preferred. Serve the tea hot.
