How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange the frozen cauliflower across a shallow oven tray. Roughly chop the onion and the butter. Arrange the onion in amongst the cauliflower. Randomly scatter the butter over the vegetables. Sprinkle over the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Transfer to the oven to bake for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Remove the tray from the oven. Turn the cauliflower and onion over in the tray. Spoon over the melted garlicky butter. Return to the oven for a further 12-15 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and starting to caramelize in places.

Step 3

After this time, the cauliflower should be cooked through and lightly golden all over. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the hot cauliflower. Serve the dish hot with your preferred Keto mains.

  • Cauliflower Frozen Unprepared – 3 cup (1″ pieces)
  • Parmesan cheese, dry (grated) – 2 tablespoon
  • Butter, unsalted – 1.5 tablespoon
  • Onion – 0.5 medium – 2 1/2″ diameter
  • Garlic powder – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt, sea salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 0.13 teaspoon
