Thinly slice the garlic. Melt the butter in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over a low/medium heat. Add the garlic and sweat gently for a few minutes until tender and fragrant.

Thinly slice the cabbage. Add the cabbage to the pan with the melted butter and garlic. Add the paprika, lemon juice, salt, pepper and stock. Stir well.
Step 3
Bring the stock up to a gentle boil. Reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes uncovered or until the cabbage is tender and all liquid has evaporated. Serve hot with your preferred Keto mains.
