Quarter your grape tomatoes and dice your cucumber, peel on. Toss these ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
Stir the Sriracha, stevia, first amount of salt, and apple cider vinegar into the bowl. Once everything is coated, wrap the bowl in plastic and set it in your fridge until serving time.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with all the remaining seasonings. Form 3, 1-inch thick burgers.
Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan. Place the burgers in the pan and cook them on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on one side, with the lid on.
Flip the burgers and lay the provolone slices over the burgers. Leave the lid off and reduce the heat slightly. Cook until your burgers are cooked through and the cheese melted.
Slice and arrange ¾ oz avocado on each burger. You can either create a bed of sweet & spicy salsa for your burgers to lay on or you can spoon each portion over the burgers. You may, at your discretion, garnish with fresh basil, lettuce, more Sriracha, or another favorite condiment.
