These sheet pan sprouts are baked with bacon and salty capers until golden and tender.This makes for a great sharing side dish served alongside chicken or white fish.
How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Slice the sprouts in half and arrange across a shallow oven tray. Roughly dice the bacon and add to the tray with the sprouts. Drizzle over the olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Transfer to the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Add the capers to the tray and stir everything to give it a good mix.
Step 4
Return the sprouts to the oven for a further 5-8 minutes until the sprouts are tender and the bacon is crisp.
