This is a delicious breakfast item or dessert! The recipe utilizes the Keto Artisan Sourdough loaf, which is diced and then soaked in a cinnamon custard then baked to perfection.
How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat an oven to 350 F. Dice the sourdough loaf into a large dice. Place into a greased 8” x 8” pan.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs, coconut milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt and Swerve brown sugar together.
Step 3
Pour melted butter over the bread and then the custard mixture.
Step 4
Bake for 45 minutes or until bread pudding is nicely browned on top.
