Slice 9, ¼-inch slices from a cucumber. Pat them dry between paper towels before piling them with toppings.

Make sure your cream cheese is room temp and softened before using a fork to mix in bacon bits and shredded cheddar.
Step 3
Spread about ½ TB of cream cheese filling on top of each slice of cucumber. Dice the tomatoes and finely shred the lettuce, and arrange these on top of the cucumber bites. Press the ingredients gently into the cream cheese so they adhere.
