How to Make It
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and brown mustard. On a wide plate, mix together the parmesan, almond flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, and parsley.
Step 2
Fill a large skillet with olive oil to about ½-inch high. Heat the olive oil on a medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, lay out approx. 6 thin-sliced pork chops.
Step 3
One by one, dip the pork chops in the egg, then coat them in the parmesan breading. Place each breaded pork chop in the hot oil.
Step 4
Cook the pork chops on each side until they naturally release from the skillet and are crispy golden brown on both sides.
Step 5
Enjoy your pork schnitzel with a wedge of lemon! This schnitzel has been garnished with extra chopped parsley and hot paprika.
