Place butter and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup. Melt them on HIGH in the microwave in 20-30 second increments until melted. Stir after each heating.
Step 2
Pour melted fats into a silicone mold, dividing them equally to make 16 cubes. This will give you flexibility when adding them to your coffee (more or fewer cubes). Freeze until solid.
Step 3
They will turn clear to opaque when finished. Then remove them from the mold and store them in a freezer bag in the freezer. They should last at least one month like this.
Step 4
When you’re ready to drink your creamy coffee, take one cube out of the freezer. Add it to your coffee and stir until melted. Serve immediately!
