How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Dice the halloumi into 1 inch chunks and add to a mixing bowl along with the olives, olive oil, oregano, lemon juice and zest. Mince the garlic and add to the bowl. Mix everything together well to combine.

Step 3

Tip the mixture into an oven proof dish and bake for 10 minutes or until hot through and the cheese begins to brown. Scatter with chopped fresh parsley and mint to serve.

  • Haloumi Cheese by Papouis – 7 ounce
  • Oregano, Dried – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw – 1 tsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Pitted Kalamata Olives by Mezzetta – 24 olives
  • Olive Oil – ½ tablespoon
  • Peppermint, Fresh – ½ tablespoon
  • Parsley, Fresh – ½ tablespoon
  • Green Olives – ¼ cup
