Preheat an oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Cut the top off the brie to expose the cheese.

Chop the herbs and place them on the lined baking sheet. Add olive oil and a pinch of salt to the herbs. Toss it all together.

Then place the brie cut side up on top of the herbs.
Step 4
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted on the inside. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a plate. Any of the herbs that is not underneath the cheese take and sprinkle on top of the warm brie. Serve with keto almond crackers and nuts.
