Step 1
Make sure your cream cheese is room temp and softened before starting. In a bowl, use a fork to smash and mix together the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
Step 2
On a separate plate, mix together the bacon bits and sesame seeds.
Step 3
Use a #40 pastry scoop or a spoon to scoop approx. 1 ½ TB of cream cheese portions and roll them into a ball (about 2 inches across). Roll each cream cheese ball in the bacon bits and sesame seeds until they’re coated.
Step 4
Set the finished fat bombs on a plate and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. You may also freeze these for eating later.
