This oozy dip is rich with cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan and crispy bacon.Perfect for sharing, served warm with keto breads or crackers for dipping.
How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium/high heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy on both sides. Set aside to cool.
Step 3
Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, onion powder and pepper to a mixing bowl. Crush the garlic into the bowl and crumble in two of the cooked bacon pieces. Stir everything together well to combine.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture into an oven dish and transfer to the oven to bake for 25 minutes until hot through and golden brown on top.
Step 5
Crumble over the remaining bacon pieces and scatter with chopped fresh chives to serve.
