Peel and pit the avocados and slice lengthways into thick strips. De-seed and finely chop the chilli pepper.
Step 2
Melt the coconut oil in a large pan over a low/medium heat. Add the avocado strips, diced chilli, a teaspoon of the lime’s zest and a generous pinch of salt.
Step 3
Sautee over a gentle heat for 5-6 minutes until warm through.
Step 4
Remove from the heat and stir through the cilantro.
Step 5
Drizzle with fresh lime juice to serve.
