Chop your lettuce greens and arugula. Toss them in a mixing bowl with the olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, and salt. Arrange this dressed salad on your serving plate.

Chop the avocado and mozzarella, and halve the grape tomatoes. You can toss these together in the same mixing bowl you dressed the salad in. Toss the ingredients with the oregano until all the chopped pieces are coated in herbs and leftover dressing.
