This simple compound butter is loaded with fats and flavor from creamy avocado, aromatic cilantro, zesty lemon and spicy dried chili.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and well combined.
Spoon the mixture into a piece of baking paper and roll the paper around the butter, forming a rough log shape. Twist the ends of the paper tightly.
Transfer to the fridge for an hour until firm.
