Add the low carb syrup, ground coffee, smoked paprika, dried coriander, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Mix well to combine. You may adjust seasonings as desired, adding more or less to taste. Add the chicken wings to a large bowl. Drizzle over the sweet and smoky coffee dressing. Mix well, rubbing the dressing evenly all over the wings.

Lightly oil the air fryer basket to prevent sticking. Arrange the chicken wings in the base of your air fryer basket. If the basket is too full, you may need to cook in two batches. Brush over any remaining marinade. Set the basket in the base of the air fryer. Set the temperature to 400 degrees. Set the timer for 16 minutes, turning halfway through. The wings should be entirely cooked through and browned on the outside. Cook for longer if needed.
