Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle the olive oil on top and season with 1 tsp of sea salt, red pepper flakes, ¼ tsp black pepper. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C). Put the prepared fillets into the air fryer basket and cook for 9 minutes. The fish should be golden brown and crispy.

Add the Greek yogurt, fennel, lemon juice, garlic powder, and the remaining salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix well to combine. Taste and add more salt or garlic powder if necessary.
Step 4
Transfer the salmon fillets to serving plates. Serve with the prepared sauce. This salmon pairs perfectly with fresh arugula and cherry tomatoes. Optionally, garnish with lemon slices.
