Spiralize zucchini into thin noodles. Sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt.
Step 2
Place frozen cod in the bottom of air fryer basket. Sprinkle on ¼ tsp kosher salt and garlic powder. Set air fryer for 400 F for 15 minutes. Place lemon slices on top and set air fryer at 400 F for 3 more minutes until fish reads 145 F internal temperature.
Step 3
Remove fish and air fryer tray and replace with clean tray. Add in noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes at 400 F.
Step 4
Melt butter and minced garlic cloves together.
Step 5
Pour melted ghee over noodles and toss well to combine.
Step 6
Serve with hot cod with a fresh squeeze of lemon and minced parsley.
