Place the bone-in pork chops on a small sheet tray. Pat them dry with paper towels. Drizzle them with ¼ cup of avocado oil. Make sure the oil coats the pork chops on both sides as this helps to brown the meat and also helps the seasoning to adhere.
Step 2
Blend together the kosher salt, granulated garlic, onion powder, chopped fresh rosemary, and chopped fresh thyme.
Step 3
Sprinkle the herb mixture over the pork chops on both sides. Rub the mixture into the meat to evenly coat it. Set it aside.
Step 4
Place the pork chops in a single layer into the air fryer. If your air fryer has only one rack, you may need to cook these in batches. Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 11-12 minutes.
Step 5
Check to ensure the pork chops’ internal temperature reads 145°F (63°C) in the thickest part. The pork chops should be browned all over as well. Serve immediately with your favorite Keto side dish.
Step 6
Leftover pork chops can be reheated in the microwave. They can also be reheated in the air fryer for about 5-6 minutes at 350°F (175°C) or until hot and crispy on the edges. Enjoy!
