Arrange the fish fillets on a plate or clean work surface slice each fillet in half width ways. Add the ground almonds, a heaped teaspoon of lemon zest, a heaped teaspoon of dried dill, salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix well to combine. You may add more salt and pepper as needed. Crack the egg into a separate bowl and beat until smooth.

Dredge one of the fish fillets in the beaten egg until liberally coated. Then dredge in the crumb mixture until well coated in breading. Repeat this process with the remaining three fish fillets.

Lightly oil the basket of the air fryer. Arrange two of the breaded fish fillets in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 10 minutes. Check the fish is piping hot and completely cooked through and the crumb is golden brown. If needed, cook for a few minutes more.
Step 4
Add the remaining fillets to the base of the air fryer. Repeat the process, cooking through until golden. Serve the fish hot with your preferred Keto sides.
