Preheat an oven to 300 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Arrange individual tablespoons of parmesan cheese into circles on the tray. Spread them out thin, but don’t let the edges touch each other. Bake the tray for 7-9 minutes – until the cheese is completely melted and the edges turn lightly golden. Set the tray aside to cool when done baking.
Step 2
While the parmesan crisps are cooking, cut the remaining cheese and turkey slices into quarters. You should get 6 slices of cheddar and 12 slices of turkey. For the turkey, you may need to trim the edges of the slices to get squares.
Step 3
Once your parmesan crisp have completely cooled, remove them from the tray and onto a plate. Stack your adult lunchable as you wish! Each parmesan crisp should have 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of cheese.
