Preheat the oven to 120C/250F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the slivered almonds, mixed nuts, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and coconut oil to a mixing bowl. Combine the ingredients using a spatula.

Pour the granola mixture onto the baking sheet and spread evenly to create an even layer using a spatula. Transfer the tray to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, lightly golden. At the 10-minute mark, toss the granola mixture and continue baking.

Once done baking, allow the granola to cool down. Serve with some full-fat Greek yogurt or almond milk. Garnish with berries or maple-flavored syrup.
